1. cheapass games:
   games with zombies running fast food chains and devil-bunnies ending the world...just kick board game ass.
2. equality:
   wherever I am, whether on line or in real life there is a deep loathing for inequality brewing in me. It's a neverending quest and a wound that is always festering.
   Sometimes I wish I could just live with the fact that people are shallow self glorifying bastards who just love to suck up to the obviously pretty and/or powerful in any given context.
3. gender issues:
   I think one fundamental issue with the patriarchal society, is that for little girls there are barely any heroes that they can identify themselves with, unless they, like I did when I was a little girl, make themselves genderless.
   Thus little girls with hero aspirations become very lonely, homeless and sexless saviors with no believers.
4. horse riding:
   Particularly Icelandic horses, such strong, small and ragged animals with clever snouts, sturdy hearts and unyielding hoofs.
5. libraries:
   Yeah, of course.
   I'm an archivists, but a library is a necessity.
6. neal stephenson:
   The intro to Snow Crash still rocks my socks.
7. prose-poetry:
   any decade now, I will master it.
8. sex:
   duh.
9. the ocean:
   I grew up near a pretty cold (most of the year) and windy coast, close to Denmark. In the winter the ocean froze and sometimes you could walk or skate over to Copenhagen. Every time I see that particular coast-line I get a lump in my throat.
   I also slept some summers with the actual sound of waves in my ears...there is nothing like it.
10. writing:
    I started early and was considered some kind of child wonder, but since child-wonders are almost always failures in the long run, and probably just kids with a lot of pressure attached to them, I quit for many years. Today I'm very normal, probably beneath my years when it comes to certain kinds of writing.
