The noodle line got me, too, but because I've had plenty of knee problems and it's a very apt description. My left knee feels floppy and noodly right now in sympathy.

I always feel like I'm having some kind of religious experience when I'm visited by the hummingbirds at my parents' place, but since there are so many of them I have to kind of get used to it. It seems totally bizarre that my parents now find hummingbirds utterly prosaic. What's prosaic about a hummingbird? Nothing, that's what. Lovely.
