I don't like when my life is lived according to a schedule that's strict right down to how many seconds it should take for me to put on my bra in the morning, but that's how it is right now. I've been meaning to post about my Poland trip for some time now, because we go on Friday. It's the first time in a decade or so that I've been to Poland, and my aunts and cousins over there have been indignant for a long time (I've met them in Sweden, when they visit, and two of my cousins live in London, but still). So, the moment of truth is here, they will snark at my funnily accented Polish, they will tell me that I've grown chubbier than last time, they will ask if I will ever have children, and they'll want to know everything about America.
And don't even get me started on what trouble the Geek's vegetarianism will cause in this carnivorous family, Oy Vey.
But it'll be great to see northern Poland again (the Gdansk area), and I'll take tons of photos and post here when I'll come back.

The reason I haven't had time to be much on the internet at all the last few weeks, is because I got more work from the CO State Archives. Things happened there that made them want me even more, which is great, but stressing. I'll post more about that later too. Also I'm finishing off a book-lesson script to send off before I leave, and packing, etc etc.

We leave on Friday and come back on Sunday the 30th, Have a super happy easter, with lots of chocolate eggs and other goodies, and a happy spring equinox for those who rather pay attention to things like that!

And RIP Arthur C. Clarke...you were one of the grandfathers of Scifi, but at least you were 90 when you sent your ship into space.
