lots of love

Today almost a miracle happened. After 2 nights and 3 days on the floors of Denver International Airport, we happened to be in line for stand-by seats at Lufthansa (since we didn't want to travel with United anymore, due to them screwing us over at least six times in half as many days). Since we'd been waiting for seats on LH yesterday too, we knew it was a long shot (if you are not on the agencies list of customers, you are automatically last in line for seats. Yesterday we went home empty handed, but to sleep in a bed and get a shower for the first time in 3 days...but today, it seems like someone revved up our codes, and we got SEATS!! (not next to each other or anything, but who cares!) We will only be 3 days late instead of 5, and we will arrive in southern Sweden on Christmas eve!

I'm only sorry I don't get to see you ratzinger, since we will come to Uppsala as late as on the 30th, due to this delay, but at least we will be "home" for Christmas!

You are all awesome and I love my f-list fiercely right now. I could feel the good vibes!
