Midsummer time madness ( the dull kind)

Midsummer is a huge fertility feast/holiday of ancient descent over here. It's the dancing around a pole (decorated with leaves and flowers) gathering of 7 kinds of meadow flowers to put under ones pillow (without uttering a single word when picking them), in order to dream about ones future love, eating and drinking a lot, skinny dipping (or just dipping) in lakes and so on...
Above all it's the brightest night in the year, and over here it means it just never gets really dark. Sweden is lovely this time of year, even with pissy weather like this year.
So..it's also, hmmr.. a time of year when one's libido can run havoc..because it's suppose to, it's tradition dammit!
The stupid things a calm and collected and careful person can do this time of year are obvious, especially when there's already feelings present. Yeah.
I could have disgraced myself completely. Hormonal honesty. Happy sappy animal. Such shit as future dreams and hopes were even present in the equation...
Oh the common sense rants and precaution speeches I could be hit over the head with! - by my own critical part of self if no one else...
But I don't give a crap. I survived, and so did he. There was sappy happiness. There is still. No one is a teenager, everyone involved is cautious, situation bizarre, no further explanations right now.
I still can't use the L-word, there is just no way, until much further ahead along the road..but, if one really wants..one can add "a little" and an "in" in relation to the L-word..and kind of get away with it for now..
Also, for the cynics..one can banter with cardiovascular percentage and such..yeah..high levels.

Sorry, this is the best I can produce right now, in terms of writing things off my chest. Not going for the Pulitzer price here, this year at least..
