wow, that's pretty awful too. My only consolation in that mess was that I at least still had my passport in my bag. I'm kind of irritated that agency employees use the poor cleaning crew as blame-bags in every situation, like the cleaning aspect is completely outside of the travel agency's spectrum of obligations. (which it's not, the crew has an obligation to scan the area before the cleaners even enter the plane.
