I will go to a doctor if it gets red around the bite, or if I feel the least tired or funky, but so far, after a day and a half I feel okay and he bite seems go down a bit.

It is a little weird with fish in a truck, although it actually has to pass a pretty thorough sanitation test for the company to have permission to do this thing. Basically it looks like a little fish store on wheels, with a huge freezer tank inside.
