It's from David Lynch's "Eraserhead", not strictly a horror movie, but definitely a disturbing little flick.

I got my first job ever in a kitchen some time after seeing the first half-hour or so of Eraserhead. Until then it had just been a wierd movie to me that I planned on seeing the rest of at some point, but then one day I was assigned the task of trimming about 50 pork tenderloins and, OMFG, that baby in Eraserhead looks just like a tenderloin with eyes. To this day I can't see a pork tenderloin without thinking about it.
It doesn't exactly scare me, it's just so bizarre :)

It didn't exactly scare me either..but it definitely triggered an uncomfortable and creepy feeling that was not unsubstantial.
