#9. I've been able to do a bit of that with Tarot cards, though I haven't tried in years. (My former user name used to be Oracleofdoom.) I was good at finding things that were unpleasant and true. I remember doing a reading for a woman who had just left her unfaithful husband, and I told her it looked like she was going to go back with him. She told me she didn't want to, and I said, "Then don't do it!" But she did. Another guy, I told him the cards were saying he'd gotten his girlfriend pregnant; he informed me that she'd just had an abortion.
